AT24C512 Serial EEPROM 512K

 

The AT24C512 IC is 512K EEPROM with cascadable feature that allows up to four devices to share a common two-wire bus. It is optimized to be used in various industrial and commercial applications where low power and low-voltage operation are required.

• Self-timed Write Cycle (5ms Max)
