HT12E (RF Encoder) IC

The HT12E Encoder ICs are series of CMOS LSIs for Remote Control system applications. They are capable of Encoding 12 bit of information (HT12E is paired with HT12D) which consists of 8 address bits and 4 data bits. Each address and data input is externally programmable or fed in using switches.

HT12E  Specifications:

• Operating Voltage : 2.4V ~ 12V
• Easy Interface with and RF or an Infrared transmission medium
• Secure and robust protocol
• 18-pin DIP (Dual Inline Package) & 20 pin SOP (Small Outline Package) 
• Low Standby Current : 0.1uA (typ.) at VDD=5V
• Low Power and High Noise Immunity
