However, This DC Geared motor can be used for heavy-duty applications, robotics, or in any industrial or educational applications. It has a wide range of features for obtaining the optimal performance characteristics. It is very easy to use and does not need expensive motor control circuitry.
The 12V DC Motors are very popularly used in robotics applications. The gearbox of the motor helps in providing greater torque that is required to drive robotic vehicles. Based on the gearbox design the RPM and Torque of the motor will vary. This particular motor is rated for 200 RPM and 1.5kg/cm Torque. The motor also comes with a hex nut to making the mounting process easier.
This DC Motor has 200RPM and the voltage rating of 12Volts that is a useful specification to make this geared motor as a retro fitable in all-terrain robots and a variety of robotic projects. The motors shaft has a 3 mm threaded drill hole in the middle which is very useful for mechanical assembly.
